We’re going to announcing the date of our November tapas night later this week, but in the meantime we thought we’d share a bit more about what they’re all about, for any of you that haven’t made it to one yet.
Here at Warwick Street Kitchen, we are all about sharing. We’re never happier than when you order a bunch of dishes and then ask for extra plates so you can all share. We designed the menu that way and that’s our favourite way to eat. Is there anything more enjoyable than an evening spent eating delicious food with your closest friends?
So a while back, we decided that we should launch our monthly tapas nights. An evening where the entire set up is all about sharing and enjoying amazing food, in a relaxed environment.
As you’ll all know by now, our food is heavily influenced by the Middle East – and we wanted to stay true to that. Whilst we change the menu for each evening there are two criteria where the food is concerned; it has to be shareable and it has to be packed with flavour. The menu is broken down in to nibbles, small plates, large plates and desserts. You order as you go and keep ordering until you couldn’t possibly eat another thing!
Dietary requirements are never an issue as the menu always has a diverse selection of meat, fish, veggie, vegan and GF options – there’s always something for everyone.
The evening itself has an entirely different vibe to our regular daytime service. The café is transformed in to a restaurant, it’s table service and there are paired drinks, alcoholic and soft. For us, it’s all about showcasing our love of produce, friends and eating out all in one go.
So keep an eye out for the next date – we take bookings online via Eventbrite where we take a deposit to secure the booking; this deposit comes off the bill at the end of the night. Spaces are limited so get in there fast!
